At Ontario Redimix, we focus on creating a safe work environment for our customers employees and our own employees. We believe all injuries can be prevented through the awareness of every employee, therefore we have an essential safety system for us and our customers, touching every aspect of our operations. We have ongoing training to ensure safety remains top of mind at all times. We encourage employees to find and share innovative ways to make their jobs and environments safer for themselves and others. We have received numerous safety awards from industry associations recognizing our achievements in program development, staff training, industry contribution and safe-work-record accomplishments. We work closely with our customers to ensure that we are all contributing to a safe work environment so that everyone goes home safely at the end of every day.

In an effort to keep safety top of mind, ORM offers a tail gate safety talk at your site for your crew. We share industry best practices and ways to keep everyone safe on the job sites. CRH Canada has a comprehensive and well-established program related to health and safety, giving ORM the ability to share important safety information; practical tips and best practices to help our customers and employees stay safe on job sites. This initiative is not only important for day-to-day operations, but also during the delivery process to your job site. We work to keep safety our number one priority due to the amount of accidents big and small happening in our industry too often.
